Prior to setting up Mad About Food in 2009 Katie Fiducia spent a number of years working for two well respected caterers in London as well as spending a year working as a chef at the highly regarded Greyhound Inn in Stockbridge, Hampshire. Katie trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine in 2002.

Katie is passionate about food and her attention to detail ensures the highest quality food and service at any occasion be it an intimate dinner party or large canapé reception.
